Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of shirowears.comand any order you place with Shiro (“Shiro,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — especially your delivery address and phone number.
2. Your account
You can shop as a guest or sign in with Google. If you sign in, keep your Google account secure — activity through your sign-in is treated as yours. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or resale in breach of these terms.
3. Products, drops and availability
Shiro releases pieces in small, often numbered runs. Stock is limited and may sell out. We photograph our garments as faithfully as we can, but slight variation in colour and texture is natural and not a defect. We may correct errors, refuse or limit quantities, and discontinue any item at any time.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout. We accept bKash and the payment methods listed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) is received.
5. Preorders and deposits
Some items are sold as preorders. For these, we take a 50% deposit via bKash to reserve your piece, with the balance due on delivery. Preorder timelines are estimates and may shift; we will keep you informed. If we cannot fulfil a preorder, your deposit is refunded in full.
6. Order acceptance and cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and in that case we refund any amount already paid. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we still can.
7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver within Bangladesh through courier partners such as Pathao and Steadfast. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the courier. For preorders and cash-balance orders, please have the remaining amount ready for the courier on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to your address.
8. Returns and exchanges
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shiro.apparel.official@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Because runs are small, size exchanges are subject to availability.
9. Intellectual property
The Shiro name, logo, designs, garments, photography, and site content are the property of Shiro and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or produce replicas of our designs, or use our marks, without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe others’ rights. We may restrict access for conduct that harms Shiro or other customers.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The site and products are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Shiro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the “last updated” date shown above. Continuing to use the site or place orders means you accept the current terms.
